Clients who receive paid design work from Useless Button receive intellectual property rights only as specified in their signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice agreement.

When starting a project with Useless Button, a proposal or agreement outlining:

  • Scope of work

  • Deliverables

  • Timelines

  • Fees and payment terms

  • Usage rights will be provided and must be accepted before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Payments and Billing

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice

  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

  • Work may pause if invoices are overdue

  • Final deliverables are released only once full payment is received

  • Late payments may incur administrative charges, as stated on the invoice or agreed contract.

User Content and Submissions

If you submit content to us, such as project briefs, assets, brand materials, or feedback - you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to this content, or

  • You have permission to share it with us

  • You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project

  • You may not upload or send unlawful, harmful, or infringing materials.
